Starting in 2000, Vijay Bomra [RMG Software] set out to build reliable, intuitive software solutions for businesses struggling with complex paper accounting, intricate tax calculations, and slow manual inventory controls.
Over the past 24+ years, we developed specialized business systems for Blood Banks, Hospitals, Hotels, Cold Storage Warehouses, Transport Fleets, Jewellery Showrooms, Grain Mandi Commission Agents, Plywood Stores, and Schools across Rajasthan and nationwide. We pioneered remote-first technical support and deployment long before remote work became common practice.
Evolution to RMG–NexGN Software
As business demands evolved from single-computer billing into interconnected multi-branch enterprises, remote warehouse management, and omni-channel customer engagement, our engineering evolved from our foundational brand RMG Software (established in 2000) into RMG–NexGN Software.
Today, our architecture combines the battle-tested, zero-latency desktop speed of our native offline engines with modern cloud web applications, MySQL 8 multi-branch replication, Tally synchronization bridges, and cognitive AI customer acquisition funnels powered by the Ask Vijay AutoBot and official WhatsApp Cloud APIs.

All software products, system architectures, database schemas, and technical documentation engineered under RMG–NexGN Software and RMG Software are the proprietary intellectual property of founder Vijay Bomra. Our 24-year software portfolio represents original, bespoke engineering developed specifically for Indian enterprise compliance, offline durability, and high-velocity transactional reliability.
We strictly govern our software development through formal commercial licensing, cryptographic signatures, statutory copyright protections, and proactive anti-piracy oversight. Authorized usage is granted exclusively through verified license agreements.
