* Gateways Listed above are subject to change as per availbility of TPS . We can change the Gateways to give you Fast TPS without any prior notice.
* If you are using Premium Route. You are requested to courier us undertaking letter with in 10 Days. All the accounts are shifted to NDNC Route if failed to do so in requested time period.
* SMS Credits Once sold are Non-Refundable in any case. TAXES EXTRA APPLICABLE.

Software Design Terms & Condition (Use and Development)
As per requirements... (for Customized Software Development Charges)
Taxes will be charged extra.
Our Consultancy Service(s) are not free, will be charged minimum Rs.2000-5000 for first hour and next subsequent Rs.1500-5000 @hourly will be charged during working hours and days. We use only remote meeting or desktop for consultation during working hours and days.
Meeting or Planning for Software Development/Designing Rs.1500-5000 @per hour will be charged in case of cancellation due to any reason.
Software Development will be start after receiving 40% of estimated software amount.
Network Computer(s) Rs.5000-7000 @pc/installation will be charged as installation (training will be provided once).
Software Installation / Reinstallation charges Rs.5000 (First time and HDD Format Case) in same PC, it is non refundable in case of cancellation of order.
Customization Charges will be extra as per requirments after development of software.
Our all softwares will be single user and 2nd free user only for view
Extra per user cost/company Rs.3000/- or as per software agreement.
Online support for installation, training & implementation as per availability.
Free online support after receiving mail or message or call as per available staff and times.
Extra training charges Minimum Rs.1500-3000 @hour/as per agreement/ as per mail.
No. of Free Online Software Services will be 10-15 as per agreement/mail during working hours/days, after that will be charged Rs.1,500-10,000 as per agreement or mail. Our All Software's License fee & upgradation for 1 financial year only and after 1 fin.year software license fee will be charge as per agreement or 40-100% of first invoice.
Without paying software license fee any type of software support/service will not provide and software license automatically cancelled.
Free telephonic support/online assistance from local support service centres/customer care.

Estimated Development Charges :
1. Master Entry Form @ Rs.1000 - 3000/-  & List/Reports Portrait @Rs.1000/-, Landscape@ Rs.1500/-
for example : Ledger, Product, Area, Customer, etc... Creation
2.Voucher Entry Form @ Rs.3000 -15000/-  & Voucher Print Portrait Rs2000/-, Landscape@ Rs.3000/-
for example : Sale, Purchase, Cash, Journal, etc... Entry Voucher
3. Reports/Query @Rs.3000 - Rs.5000/- from voucher entries.
for example : A/c Statement, Sales Register, Pur.Registe, etc... Query / Reports
4. SMS / Email / PDF / Excel Export Integeration on Entry screen / Query Form @ Rs.2000 per button / link will be charged. SMS / Email / PDF / Excel Export Integration (Third party sms or email plan integration charges extra Min.2000/-)
Amendments and AMC will be charged 50% of Development Charges.

Web Designing
WebDesign Plan/Meeting/Consultaion Rs.1000-1200 @per hour will be charged in case of cancellation.
First Page Designing   @ Rs.4000-5000
Next @ Rs.1400-Rs.1500/-  simple html/Link page  (upto Legal Page Size)
         @ Rs.5000/- to 15000/- @ database link page (upto Legal Page Size)
         @ Rs.2500-6000/- Html Picture Gallery (upto Legal Page Size)
Next @ Rs.4000/- to 15000/-   @ Database Picture Gallery
Taxes or Service Tax extra applicable as per Govt. Rules.
